Description: Playgroup NSW brings mums, dads, grandparents, carers, children and babies together in a relaxed and friendly environment. Playgroups offer fun, friendship and support to families, encouraging learning and development through play.
Playgroup is low cost and accessible to all.

Seven Hills Sri-Om Group

Description: A care service for the eldery, targeted at those from the Indian community. Activities include gentle exercise classes, meditation, morning tea and lunch, craft, outings and education sessions with guest speakers.

Kangatraining
Where: Grantham Heights Uniting Church
Description:
Kangatraining is a dance-based babywearing workout that is perfect for mothers to socialise with members of the local community, exercise without the need for a babysitter, and enjoy all the health benefits without going to the gym.
Kanga is a total body workout where your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you. We will take you through a specifically designed program that focuses on restrengthening your pelvic floor, abdominal muscles as well as correcting your posture while carrying your baby.
To participate, you must be minimum 6 weeks postpartum (12 weeks for Caesarean birth) and have medical clearance to exercise.
Trial class available for $10.
